Returns & Refund

Thank you for shopping with Aussino. We are committed to delivering quality to you and ensuring a delightful Aussino shopping experience. We have a dedicated Customer Happiness Team to guide and assist you with your shopping needs.

30-DAYS RETURN POLICY

Our aim is to build a house of your dreams. We understand that sometimes the pieces might not fit perfectly into your space. Therefore, we have a 30-days return policy for all our products:

  1. We provide you with 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to decide if our products are a perfect fit for your space. If you decide for any reason that you would like to return our product, simply email us at hello@aussino.com or (65) 6463 4586 for us to facilitate the return.
  2. Please provide us with your contact details, order number and product number. We will issue a Return Form which you will have to fill out and returned to hello@aussino.com. Our Customer Happiness Team will contact you to schedule for an inspection on the condition of the product.
  3. All returned product(s) must be unused and in perfect condition in the original state that you received it. Your product(s) must be in the original packaging with its labels intact. If the product is found to have defect(s), your return will unfortunately be rejected.
  4. Our 30 calendar day return policy is not applicable to products marked as “Sale Items” and “Customised Orders”.
  5. Our 30 calendar day return policy does not apply to products such as bedsheets, quilts, pillows and bolsters, mattresses, towels, rugs/carpet; damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear and products damaged after receipt of delivery.
  6. Lights which require installation will only be accepted if it has not been mounted onto the wall before.
  7. Should you decide to return a product, a restocking fee of 30% per item of the original invoiced value will be charged. As such, you will be refunded the following:
    Invoiced Value – Restocking Fee = Refund Amount (S$)
  8. Our Collection team will contact you to schedule for a collection after it has been approved by our inspection team. We will perform the refund after we have collected the returned item and refund details of the customers. All refunds will take 14 days to process and we will issue in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. Aussino reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.
  9. Aussino Home Essentials Pte Ltd has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you ever have a change of mind and decide to cancel your order, please inform us within 48 hours from the date of purchase and there will be no additional charges incurred. Please email us at hello@aussino.com to process this request. Once cancelled, your refund will take 14 days to process and will be credited back to the original mode of payment you used for the order. However, Aussino reserves the rights to change the mode of refund. Any cancellation after 48 hours from date of purchase will be subject to a cancellation fee of S$50 per item valued at equivalent or above S$500. If the item is valued below S$500, the charge will be 5% of the invoiced value per item that is cancelled. This means we will refund you the invoiced amount less cancellation fee and it will be credited back to the original mode of payment you used for the order. However, Aussino reserves the rights to change the mode of refund. Please note that all “Final Sales” items cannot be cancelled once they are sold and payment has been made.

We work directly with the factories to offer you furniture designed and customized to your taste. Should you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, please email us at hello@aussino.com or contact us at (65) 6463 4586 within 24 hours from the date of purchase. We will not be able to accept cancellations or change of orders after 24 hours. HOME PACKAGES At Aussino, we constantly seek to provide the best value for our customers. Our curated Home Packages are carefully put together by our creative team and priced to provide you with the best value. For any cancellation or refund of any item(s) from the Home Package, we will have to charge the balance item(s) at their original selling price. As such, you will not be entitled to the Home Package Price offer. Please note that any cancellation or restocking fee also applies for any item cancelled or refunded.
