Are you sold in stores?

We will be coming to a store near you through an affiliate program with retail stores. Rest assured, there will be no further mark ups. Retails stores that participate in our program are carrying our products to support our bid to produce sustainable products that are good for the body, communities and environment.

ORDERS

Can I purchase a fitted sheet or quilt cover only, without a set?

We currently do not offer such selection. However, our price is almost 70% lower than market prices, do complete the whole bedding experience with a set!

Can I mix and match within a full set?

Yes you will be able to, however, do note that by selecting the same color for a full set, our pricing algorithms will recognize the purchase to be a more cost efficient pricing, thus, giving you a greater price advantage. Different color would mean inventory mismatch on our end. Take advantage of this!

Where do I get a promo code?

From time to time, aussino.com runs promotions and campaigns for our customers, do keep a look out for it!

How can I cancel an order?

To cancel your order, please email us at payments@aussino.com if you change your mind. Do note cancellation charges such as processing fees may not be refundable.

How do I place an order as a gift order?

We are currently offering gifting as part of our corporate sales only.

Where can I get a promo code?

How do I enter a promo code?

Promo codes can be applied before you complete your purchase at the bottom right hand side of your screen. If you forget to add your promo code at check out, do not worry. Our Customer Experience team is more than happy to help you with it. Drop us an email at payments@aussino.com.

If I entered the wrong billing address, what should I do?

Why is my credit card charged upon placing an order?

Your payment security is our top most priority. As a policy, aussino.com does not store any credit card or payment information on our site, and therefore, we must charge your credit card at the time of ordering.

If I am not comfortable making a payment online, what should I do?

As a policy, we do not handle cash transaction to ensure our processes are kept efficient.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax applies for orders outside of Singapore.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card and bank transfer only.

SHIPMENT & DELIVERY

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We currently work with e-commerce focused shippers such as Ninjavan and Quorier for local delivery. For orders outside of Singapore, we work with DHL. It is our policy to work with shipping partners who are able to ensure customer experience and costing are never compromised.

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been placed?

Please call our office at (+65) 6469 4588 as soon as possible. Do note that we are available Monday to Friday (except public holiday) 10am to 7pm. Alternatively, drop us an email at payments@aussino.com and we will reply within the day. In the event that the order has been shipped, a redelivery fee will be charged to you.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Our orders typically ship within a day or 2. However, in the event that you require your order on the same day, please contact us so that we are able to make the necessary arrangements. Additional charges may apply.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders before 1pm are shipped on the same day. Orders after 1pm will be shipped on the next working day. International orders (outside of Singapore, will be shipped within 3 business days)

Festive season orders such as during Christmas and Lunar New Year, may experience some delays due to higher than usual order volume. We seek your kind understanding to that and we will bring our awesome sheets to you as soon as possible.

Where is my order shipping from?

All orders are hand packed and shipped out of our warehouse in Singapore.

My order have not ship yet, can I add additional item to it?

What is the best way to care for my sheets?

Machine wash 30°C, gentle rinse mode. Do not bleach. Tumble dry. Do not soak.

INTERNATIONAL

Does free shipping apply to international order?

Do you ship internationally?

Aussino.com currently ships to Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. We are currently looking to expand our distribution coverage to the rest of Southeast Asia.

What currency are your products priced at?

Our products are priced at Singapore Dollars.

Can your sheets fit onto the mattress in my country?

Our sheets are made with the Southeast Asia market in mind.
